CaterTally is operated by TaktTrace. These terms apply when you create an account or use the beta. Contact [email protected] with questions about the service or these terms.

What the beta does

The beta helps you estimate direct event costs, prepare customer quote PDFs, save quote revisions and compare an accepted quote with final costs you enter. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing every quote, customer document and business decision before using it.

Your account and data

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use the service for your own business. You may enter event and client details only when you have the right to use them. Do not enter payment-card numbers, guest medical or dietary records, or other sensitive information the service does not request. You retain responsibility for the content you enter. You allow TaktTrace to store and process it as needed to provide the beta.

Availability and changes

This is a free beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted while we fix issues or improve it. If the beta ends or a paid offer is introduced, we will present the new terms before any paid subscription begins. The beta does not automatically turn into a paid plan.

Limits of the calculator

The service does not calculate sales tax, service-charge or gratuity obligations, and it does not provide accounting, legal, payroll or food-safety advice. You must check the rules and records that apply to your business.

Ending use

You can stop using the beta at any time. You can delete an individual saved event from its event page. To request deletion of your account and remaining event data, email [email protected] from your account email. We will explain the available steps and any records we need to retain. The Privacy notice describes how data is handled.
