Information you provide

When you create an account, the service receives your email address and sign-in information. If you save an event, it stores the business name, client name and event details you choose to enter, plus estimated costs, quote versions and final costs. If you email support, we receive your message and contact details. The service does not ask you to enter guest lists, health information or payment-card details.

Information created when you use the service

The service uses session information to keep you signed in and technical logs to run and protect the site. Product analytics are not enabled in this build.

Browser storage

Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. If you choose Save as an event in the public calculator, the calculator numbers and staff role label are stored in your browser only until you finish signing in, then removed once the new event is saved. If saving fails, they stay in your browser so you can try again or discard them. If you do not finish within 24 hours, they are ignored and removed the next time you open the app in that browser; until then they remain in browser storage, and clearing your browser data also removes them. If you start sign-in with Google, a temporary note of whether you asked for a sample event is kept for that browser tab and removed after sign-in. Event drafts are not otherwise saved in your browser; save your event to keep changes.

How we use information

We use account and event information to provide saved events, quote versions and the final-cost review. We use support messages to answer requests, and technical information to operate and protect the service. We do not use advertising pixels or sell account or event information in this beta.

Who processes information

Lovable Cloud provides hosting, sign-in and database services used to run CaterTally. No separate product analytics provider is configured in this build.

Storage, access and deletion

Saved event records are restricted to the account that owns them. You can permanently delete any saved event, including its quote versions and final cost review, from that event page. To delete your whole account, email [email protected] from your account email. We will review the request and explain any records that must be kept. We have not set a fixed retention period or backup deletion period for this beta.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the service or its data handling changes and show a new effective date.
