The first sample quote covers 50 guests at $1,466.67. Raise the count to 60 and keep the other costs fixed; the new customer quote is $1,626.67. You can still open the original version.
Check the final profit
Enter $1,290 in final direct costs against the accepted $1,626.67 quote and you'll see $336.67 in realized profit. Check your receipts and payroll records before you rely on that figure.
